    Although it's about Australia and HIV specifically, it raises questions about the control and cost of disease.

    The natural human reaction is to avoid diseased people for fear of transmission to oneself.

    Therefore why does the UK have no controls on the importation of disease, yet does on firearms, when both are perfectly capable of causing death?
