I get a call from BT today.

Apparently they have not charged me for broadband since 2004 November:-)

The sweetly declined to back date the charges and have now upgraded me from 1mB to 6,5 MB for a sweet £17,99 which is just over half what I was supposed to be paying.

Yes, sometimes things do work in your favour:-)
