Just to let everyone know, I've retired from international football, alongside Andy Cole. I just can't lower my standards anymore and will instead concentrate on table football down the pub. The back four may be a bit wooden but at least we keep the ball on the floor.

England silenced the critics and laid claim to the World Cup after a devastating performance which collapsed the much fancied Euro Elite of Andorra - a sizzling hat-trick from Rooney the Looney and Gazzas late header sent the Andorrians packing homewards - to think again.

And we had to wait until the second half to see 3 goals from a second rate England team.
