    Not to mention a nice fat ministers salary for another of tones mates. Probably a doubling in size as the new ministry will need a whole new set of staff to administer it.

    Could someone please explain why, with NL much vaunted assertion that there is a drop in crime, we need a new ministry?
    It does seem odd that the old ministers and ministry could cope when there was more to deal with.
