Try a company called Digica based in Nottingham, they specialize in AS400 bodies.

(should know some IBM mainframe z/OS, ACSLS etc..

Just put together the paperwork for a company to instal ACSLS in over here. Don't know AS/400 though, used to do a bit of the old System 36 once upon a time....
