    I would guess that to absorb the increase in CT, "legitimate" businesses will need to increases their prices to cover this additional overhead - so come next contract review - up your rate !

    Can anyone tell me how one can work as a contractor without forming a Ltd Co? Is an umbrella really Brown's approved method? Or are we supposed to press clients to give us a contract of employment?
