Would proposing put you firmly inside IR35? After all you lose your freedom to engage in your business in any way that you see fit.... Is being a fiance/husband/wife the equivalent of being a full time employee?

Should
a) the bloke propose, i.e. either risk it or read the ******* signs and know his woman is waiting for him.
b) the woman do it as the blokes are too busy holding doors open
