If I want to sit on a crowded train and put my feet on the seat in front to allowing me considerably more comfort whilst old age pensioners stand and roll all over the place, bumping into each other, when the train is moving, then why not?
Are you really trying to tell me that other rush hour tube passengers, tired after a hard day at work, were not actually enjoying listening to my Oasis albums blaring from my ghetto blaster radio from Oxford Street to Charing Cross?
I think you are being very unreasonable.

My next contract will be indiscriminate and messy, involving the 'wet disposal' of all grotty elements south of the Thames.
I'll set up an offshore account and solicit donations for the cause. This is my new plan B. I'll be a millionaire in a week.

Mine: Rude/Ignorant/Stupid people in London.
What is it with the average Londoner? Are they actually stupid? Or is it that they're so wrapped up in their iPods/Phones/Route home that they lose all sense of awareness of their surroundings and other people??
I'm seriously wondering if the average IQ has gone down a few points in the last 10 years.
People - when you're idly walking across Waterloo Station concourse in the middle of the rush hour - look where you are going. Don't wander around aimlessly, changing direction every 2 seconds. Don't walk purposefully, in a straight line, to STOP in your tracks and glance at the ceiling! Don't barge into people with no thought or consideration. Don't scuttle onto trains, barging past a pregnant woman to get the last seat in the carriage, you fecking morons.
Every day, without fail, this kind of thing happens. W*nkers with their tinny rap music blaring from mobiles on buses/trains, Young mums pushing prams at 15mph assuming you'll dive out of their way before their baby hits you.
What on earth are they thinking?? Or are they just being ignorant? Or is there a whole underclass of people who genuinely have no self-awareness or awareness of other people?
AAGH.
The problem is with Waterloo Station. Years ago the train arrival and departures information were on signs above the platforms. (The Italian Flicker Board Type) These signs were clear, large and readable. In there misguided wisdom the station was refitted and flat screen monitors running on Windows NT were installed. The Screens are now mounted at right angles to the platforms. These cause the crowds to accumulated across the concourse thus causing congestion. The screens are only visible when you are fairly close. Sometimes the Windows NT system blue screens and then there is even more chaos.
