    Call me old fashioned but if a firm needs a worker for a job then what's wrong with hiring an employee on a fixed term employment contract?

    Maybe it's time to introduce umbrella company type JSL to all staffing businesses so that the supply chain carries the risk, not the taxpayer (and potentially employees).
