everybody,
we're missing the point a bit here
Fleet was not a teacher and his humour, and interests was not at all teacherlike
he simply had a distaste for bad spelling
I am worried that associating him with teacher will leave the wrong picture memory of him
I think the Fleety_A capture's his anger at incorrect spelling and perfection would be to have the Fleety_A with the word spelling spelt wrong, this would capture fleetwood
Excellent work,
Milan.

'Grammar' is quite a long word to fit on there - may have to alter the whole graphic. Bit busy at the mo but any suggestions welcome.
What about 'ENGLISH!'
Could it be misinterpreted as a BNP smilie though?

Great idea. Could you design one that covers both grammar and spelling?

Do you think this is a good idea? If so - which one do you prefer? Do you have any other ideas for a Fleetwood emoticon - let us know.
Finally - Mods - would it be possible to add another emoticon to the board? Are you willing to do this if we have popular support?
Poll to follow...
the first one! simple but effective

I think we should have one for Grammar as well, and if we go with 'speling', it could be 'grammar,' or something like that.

Merge threads is a bit squiffy due to hacks on the templating, will upgrade the forum soon and all things will be possible once again...
