Everyone keeps telling me to go ltd including my agent who gains no benefit from doing so, all I've been hearing for months is people on here saying come April brollies will be dead in the water and to get out quick yet today a few people are now saying hold on??? If I ask the brollies, MSC's or accountants they all give reasons why I should go with them, MSC's are out of the question so that leaves the two, I don’t think I'll be in my current role for much longer and expect to get a few short term contracts over the next year or so, I need to sort it out soon.

I am supplied as a consultant for 'special projects' as that is what I was originally doing but my role has changed over time and I have ended up doing more support work with the odd project thrown in, my contract still says consultant.

Does anyone know what sort of percentage I will get as a ltd inside IR35? As I've been here almost 2 years.

surely in a support role you cannot send a mate in in palce of you and you come under the direct control of someone at the end clients place of work (e.g they may monitor your call stats if you are on a phone helpdesk)

so more than likely well inside IR35?

He keeps telling me how valuable I am and buy's me a coffee every 6 months! I stopped claiming for food as I was only spending £3 a day and couldn’t be bothered with receipts as my time was more precious.

I'm currently under an umbrella (soon to change) and claim mileage so I guess outside, well my pimp tells me the contract is IR35 friendly? I've been here almost 2 years so if it carries on what will I take as a percentage if I claim nothing and go ltd?
