Many mirrors make things luke bluer than they really are. Maybe it distorted his perma-tan?

I understand that Mr Kilroy Silk was trying on a set of matching black lingerie in the Oxford Street branch when he looked in the changing room mirror and suddenly noticed that he looked like an old has-been in ladies knickers.

Silk concluded that this was obviously a fiendish ploy to discredit him by his political enemies (who control M&S as well as several other high-street chains)

He has finally cracked

Marks and Spencer has said it is mystified by a claim by MEP Robert Kilroy-Silk that it uses "distorting" mirrors in its changing rooms
