Funny that - as every other part of the site works ok - only when I try and submit my signature to the petition. Of course, there's a rational explanation - that this has been the case since 10:30.

Pay as you go road tax

Apparently the government want to introduce a pay as you go road tax.

With a GPS tracking device and it works out more expensive - no suprise there then.
