Dear all, I need some advice about completing a CEST. Just a couple of questions I am not sure if I should say yes to. As a VA I do project work as well as ongoing Diary management for a couple of my clients. For the ongoing Diary Management and general admin pieces, I am just wondering what is the best way to word this on my booking form so that it does seem like one activity that is ongoing. I was thinking of noting my monthly payments (ie Retainers) as stage payments noting the total cost of the booking for say 6 months. Also I currently have my clients pay me in advance, is it better to move to paying me after I have done the work?
I have also used substitutes before. Where it asks have you paid another person to do a significant amount of this work, if it is holiday cover can I say yes?
Also, questions on whether there are owner rights relating to the contract and does the contract state the rights to this work belong to the client, can someone elaborate exactly what they are asking?
Really grateful for you insights if you have come across this scenario before. Thank you.
