    There is nothing wrong with curry - its how its prepared, there are cream based and yogurt curry sauces, best curry is the home made one, you'd know what goes into it, and you can control the calories, get some easy recipes and try it.     Not so much as a diet as proving a point that I could stick to not having rich/spicy foods and drinking heavily.
