If you didn't see Bill's ted talk in 2015, it was terrifying and a call to arms to defend against future pandemics.

Just found this today, a follow up and interesting Ted talk with Bill, who - despite smiling in a sinister method all the way through; gives really interesting insights into different approaches and shares positives and the concerns he has.
