    We’ve gone through the last century lending cheaply to people that had assets to guarantee with / stable income creating inequality and tensions in society. Populism has risen and everything that we’ve seen lately.
    And the answer is to lend money even cheaper. That makes sense.
    Or maybe they know tulip is going down and they want to look as if they’ve done their part...
