    Yes, good point. I had a car broken into in a secure car park belonging to the client ffs. Just on the outskirts of Glasgow too. another place I worked, a major PC manufacturer, was the target for an armed robbery on delivery of a van load of processors. Turned out to be two of the security guards who worked there.

    Nope - failed 2 driving lessons in the last month (I've not got much going for me really!!)

    Train from Newcastle to Bellshill takes 2 hours 50 mins and the industrial park is aparently 5 minutes from there, so it should be ok.

    Actually, all this talking about it has probably cursed the gig anyway, so chances are I'll not get it now

    Bellshill (where Sheena Easton came from), is a tuliphole for sure. AlfredJ hangs around Hamilton which is fine, very generous people when I used to busk there.

    Lanarkshire in general I find is rather rundown but friendly enough and you're not more than 30 minutes away fro Glasgow. SA, if you get the gig there gimme a shout for some pointers.
