Anyone else had it done? If so, what was it like?

Just back from the pub, couldn’t be arsed to walk down to the bagel shop so I’ve opened a can of Tesco’s beans and sausages and eating them cold right out the tin. That’s living alright.

Detox lasts for 9 days - eat nothing but fruit, veg, an allowance of brown rice, 3 egg whites, 2 low fat yogurts per day.
No booze, no fizzy drinks or anything.
First day was awful, but since then I've felt amazing. Rarely hungry (as I have to eat 6 small meals a day) and full of energy (which makes the exercise part much easier).
I'd definately recommend it - its a book by Dr Ian Smith (he did the American version of Celebrity Fit Club), called the Fat Smash Diet.

Well I knocked up Geschnetzeltes à l`Orange with Wild Rice. Not too bad if I may say so myself.
