Well in the same vein that taking a dump will make you lighter and if I had a tube up my arse I'd also have a spring in my step.

I've had a Barium enema.... that took away all notions of dignity

Just back from the pub, couldn’t be arsed to walk down to the bagel shop so I’ve opened a can of Tesco’s beans and sausages and eating them cold right out the tin. That’s living alright.

And the detox is meant to shrink your stomach and get your body working as well as possible before you start the real diet.

Detox lasts for 9 days - eat nothing but fruit, veg, an allowance of brown rice, 3 egg whites, 2 low fat yogurts per day.
No booze, no fizzy drinks or anything.

First day was awful, but since then I've felt amazing. Rarely hungry (as I have to eat 6 small meals a day) and full of energy (which makes the exercise part much easier).

I'd definately recommend it - its a book by Dr Ian Smith (he did the American version of Celebrity Fit Club), called the Fat Smash Diet.

Actually I was expecting to have a air of stink-fart around me throughout this whole ordeal, but I've farted less than normal! (Nice conversation )

Well I knocked up Geschnetzeltes à l`Orange with Wild Rice. Not too bad if I may say so myself.
