I was thinking that but it says "travel" so they are going to be a larger charity. Its more about the general roles, I found that after looking at another role they had for at least half what it should be.

Why would a charity need SAP for?? they should be ok with PHP and stuff like that ...sockpuppet?? what do you think??

For example. They want someone to implement SAP @ £20 / hour? I though SAP guys got a shed load more than that.

Searching through all thier jobs they seem to have a large amout of really badly priced jobs?
