Easily spun - she can afford private provision so she is relieving the state of the burden. It is actually a very altruistic action on her part and we should all be thanking her for it.
A friend (copper) was on a course about forensic evidence. The lecturer started talking about DNA then asked the class what DNA stood for.
"National Association of Dyslexics" one smart arse replied.
What? They admit they are stupid but rode the system. But used his "dyslexia" to claim about £3k during uni to help him with his "learning difficulties".
Infact his favourite quote is "dont blame me I'm dyslexic"....its an odd sense of humor but hes cool with it.
