    I think she is above the law, after all she does sign the assents on all legislation so it's hardly likely she will be subject to these laws even if she decides out of choice to abide by them.

    Ah, we seem to be making some progress at least because usually morons go on about 45 minutes for firing the weapons!

    A knighthood was awarded to John Scarlett, chief of MI6.

    He was formerly chairman of the government's Joint Intelligence Committee and his evidence during the 2002 Hutton inquiry into the death of weapons scientist Dr David Kelly gave crucial support to the government's case.
    It was also John Scarlett who helped Blair to sex up the famous dossier with 45-minute warnings of WMDs raining on Britain.
