    Do you often feel sorry for people....

    Was speaking to a mate the other day who is working as a freelance IT guy.

    One of his quotes was scary "There is no way that I can fall subject to IR35 as I'm trading as a limited company"

    To be fair to him he is taking a fairly high salary but I asked him what benefit he gets from the Ltd co as he doesnt buy anything and claim the vat back and doesnt take low salary and high divs. Apparently he needs a high salary to get a mortgage...erm....

    He also laughed when I said I had PCG Membership for the insurances....
