Why can't we build estates just for asbo chavs? The housing would be basic, but functional, & they'd have to get their clothing & food etc from specially designated points near the border. Yes, that's right - I said border. They'd need a passport or ID card to come & go from their estate, and on designated days only, say the 3rd Thursday of each month, while the rest of us are in work. Even then they'd only be allowed out for an hour at a time.
One can live in hope, I suppose...

Here's an idea, instead of pretending to be tough on young crims...actually be tough on young crims.

Come down on them like a ton of bricks each and everytime they break the law because I can guarantee you that the majority of young crims, if hammered hard enough, would only ever commit one crime!

Forty areas of England and Wales are to be offered more money to tackle the problem of anti-social behaviour.
The government's "respect tsar", Louise Casey, said councils in deprived areas were bidding to become "respect zones".

Ms Casey has also advocated so-called "street meetings", where senior figures from local councils and police forces would gather in neighbourhood locations such as community centres, rather than more formal town halls, to listen to residents' fears.
