Agreed - it's a bit of a Hobson's choice. After 4 days stuck with relatives and dealing with turkey, I was more than ready.

I'm on-site Today, tomorrow and Friday.
It's very quiet - very nice!
Systems all seem to be up, including the coffee machine.
To tell you the truth, it's either work, or the relatives (and nephews 7 neices) with their gadgets that need putting together - no contest, I was banging works door pleading with them to let me in this morning

I am coding a database backend for someone and changing their site to use Smarty templates.
I don't celebrate christmas as I'm not a christian so its no different to me. And I dont mean not a christian as in another religion I just think all religions are rubbish.

I’m working, but I am a late starter because I’ve gone down with some flu like bug over the weekend. However, it is going to be paying a penance for working on the Lords Birthday; it’s very dull and boring. Downloading time series of financial prices and updating static data.
