    There's no money in Christmas trees any more. I had a guy came to me and offer to lend me this magnificent Christmas tree from the last week in November until the end of January. All I've got to do is water it and give it plenty of light. He'll even come and take it away again at the end of the lease period, all for free. Beat that !!
