    WTF is it with all these new high rise office blocks nearing completion in the Square Mile

    Just watching the Scalpel being built, big Bishopsgate developments rising up - surveying London from a 21st floor building suggests so much office space will shortly be coming onto the market I can't see any business justification with outsourcing , wfh cuture etc taking hold it's hard to see where the demand will be coming from - just can't see how rentals will be anything other than depressed

    Is the plan to convert to residential at some stage - which maybe isn't such a bad idea
