    England 4th, so semi-finalists. I see they've failed to take into account England's abysmal penalty shoot out record which usually sees them get to the quarter finals at best.

    Though with Southgate choosing a young team maybe he's hoping they can emulate the U17 and U20 World Cup wins of recent times. Any of those players in the squad, if not why not? As they said about Owen or some other young star back in the day, "if they're good enough they're old enough".

    24% Germany, 19.8% Brazil versus 17.2 and 16.95%

    According to this, it's a 42% chance one of these two will win it. No brainer.
