Yanks will just blame the Chinese for sending a genuine figure over. Anyone with any sense would have sent a passable fake if they value it that much.

What would be an appropriate punishment for this idiot?
Snapping his own thumb off perhaps... without anaesthetic of course.

He'd probably need a dozen or more lumps of the basalt, because if chipped at too vigorously it does tend to snap
