    Just a case of "we changed something (not requested to or authorised to), did not raise appropriate paperwork, it's not out fault, it's all your fault". "you must raise moutain of paperwork to fix it, should be done in the millenium or two"
    and customer pays these guys a fortune to do SFA except argue the toss
