I can see several issues.

Probably the biggest one is that consent can be withdrawn at any time prospectively.

Others are that people may be forced to give consent.

Maybe chaperones are needed? Or video the whole thing?

Clearly alot of people (mostly men) are getting away with way to much.

Who is giving them funding? Who even considered this was a great idea?
(Apart from the fact it's a direct rip-off of an idea displayed in the latest Black Mirror episode "Hang The DJ")

Literally the worse application for Blockchain and Smart Contracts I've ever seen.
