Looking at New Property Tomorrow

Oh the problems with being an IT Contractor. I've been wanting to move down to Bath about a year but I am always too busy or not in a position to proceed when we see the type of house we are after.

As I am looking for a place with a few acres of land in the country you have to be ready to move.

So Im off tomorrow to buy a cheapy house in Trowbridge for no more than 175k on a buy to let. Going to move into it and sell of my property so I am ready to proceed on my proper house when I see it.
