    Small 1 room one - nothing excessive as I planned to supplement my SKA income stream with real estate rent, but it has now become apparent that Buy-To-Let market is in terrible condition and that I will have to let it out for free and throw in food to actually have some squirrels and birds casually visit it from time to time.
