Health officials and police have warned heroin users to be "extra careful".

How are they supposed to do that? Get the drug analysed? If any issues, report to trading standards?

From here 60 people in 8 months die after taking Fentanyl says NCA | Daily Mail Online "His dealer told him it was just like MDMA". Hopefully she will take him to court....
