Fair enough but will Britain follow the Germany model (start a war, lose it, win 4 World Cups and become the strongest political economic power in Europe) ir will it follow the Zimbabwe model where everyone but the elite stay poor and led by a dangerous lunatic?Originally posted by BrilloPad View PostNothing wrong with inflation. Parity achieved in July 22nd, 2017 - remember this day. Soon it'll seem like dizzy highs for Sterling.
"A gentlemen had gone to a store to buy groceries and had brought his money with him in a wheel barrel. He was distracted somehow and left his money and wheel barrel unattended. When he returned he found the pile full of money still there, his wheel barrel however was nowhere to be seen."Last edited by scooterscot; 22 July 2017, 14:06.

The Euro was pounded by US ratings agencies, British MSM stating the EU's end is neigh. All the while it has it has been getting on with business as the US and UK continue to prop up the mess of 2008 without accepting the damage. The EU has gone through that period, the UK and US not. Of course the Euro is increasing. And now with UK debt increasing.. the end indeed could be neigh.
