Bulltulipters per se are harmless - people who would do anything for money (ie City types, by that I mainly mean financial scammers) are dangerous crowd population of which should be controlled by any means necessary: it is them who fecked up market with .COM bubble, and they are going it again now.

When money is king, bulltulipters are quickly found out. If you can make money with your bulltulip, you have converted it to something tangible, so cease to be a bulltulipter.
