My late lunch
1. Starter: 2 mile run, just in time before rain started
2. Main meal: Morrison's crunchy salad packet, with generously added tomatoes, cucumber, prawns (lots of them), nice caesar dressing, some salt and stuff like that.
3. Cup of tea with milk (no sugar).
4. A few slices of rye bread
5. Some thallium
