It seems that Paul 'Professional Footballer' Nuttall is changing the focus of UKIP away from the EU, as now the referendum is a done and dusted deal and they got their way, to an anti-Islam party: https://www.theguardian.com/politics...slamist-cancer. Presumably this is just a way to attract more voters seeing as they've dropped a lot of votes, why doesn't he just say that they welcome the EDL/BNP/Britain First voter with open arms?

The European project would gain new life withotu UKs constant selfish vetoes, new Dawn opens for the EU Project - they are fooking happy that finally UK buggers off and will no longer be a drag.
And the real irony would be that after Brexit UKs value to USA will drop massively, there will be no longer ally there that can veto things - this "special relationship" will be truly over.

I would be interested to hear you expand on that.

Originally posted by Mordac View PostPatience, my friend. It is in progress. And it will be a success (that is, we will leave). How much the EU wants to damage Britain, and many of it's own economies in the process, is up to them.

Brexit only starts when UK leaves the Union, that's after transition period (if there will ever be one).

UKIP was a Tory Trojan Horse, designed to drum up support for an in/out EU referendum. Put in a Farage, lend them an MP... UKIP has served its purpose, so it is being shut down by way of a new nutjob leader and some unvoteable policies (e.g. the death penalty for all suicide bombers, banning all head gear including welders masks and bike helmets) and hey presto - UKIP disappear into obscurity and its voters head to the Conservatives to get that hard Brexit they are after.
We need hear no more of Nuttall and his ilk after June 8th.
