So yes, nation of equal partners. It'd be absurd for Scottish people to be represented twice, to be honest.

Some people failed to notice that the 38% of Scots who voted to Leave the EU were decisive. If they had voted the other way around then Remain would have secured the win by 51% to 49%. Scots share the responsibility for Brexit.

Isn't it slightly ironic that, according to you, that EU nationals resulted in a No vote. Viva EU nationals.Last edited by The_Equalizer; 27 January 2017, 12:54.

There are many articles on the subject. One linked below. Many people born outside Scotland, usually from the EU or England, did not want to loose access to the EU hence a NO vote from them. Then it was driven by things such as the NHS and Currency.
"Independence referendum figures revealed: Majority of Scots born here voted YES while voters from elsewhere in UK said NO"

.
Scot's and EU nationals voted 62% to remain in the EU in the recent referendum. It's clear to me residents in Scotland wish to remain part of the EU. This pressure will likely push residents to leave the UK too.

Where does it say NHS and currency?
And my point wasn't about the independence ref. It was about the EU ref. Where is the evidence of what people wanted and why hey voted as they did?
I've seen plenty of findings about why the UK voted to leave, most contradictory of each other.
What you are posting as fact appears no more than your opinion of why you think people voted as they did.
It's clear from the sets of results that non-Scottish people don't feel part of the EU though.Last edited by GB9; 27 January 2017, 12:20.
