    turned it off
    turned it on
    flushed the bios
    turned it off
    turned it on
    called network support who advised
    turned it off and turned it on
    checked with msn who advised
    turned it off and turned it on
    still not working properly so I called milan who will be around with a mop and bucket shortly

    that fixed it

    New washing machine delivered today, plugged it in, put on an empty wash (as per instructions), seem to have added a little more soap powder than required.
