Good news unless this HP software is somewhat obsolescent anyway or a bit of a dead duck.

(although I've no idea if that is true, even in part, and obviously Micro Focus don't think so, unless they're just after a customer base)

Anyone know what the HP software actually does?

I know some of the background to this plus what is going to come and how a certain competitor is taking it. Quite good news and also means Autonomy is back in British hands...
