I like to hold judgement until the full facts of a case are known, but jebus not sure how PC Plod is going to try and justify this one.

For dear old Freako, this relates to Florida's finest busting a cap into a therapist attempting to calm an autistic patient.

Plainly completely justified since the offender is black.
