    Not sure this Abbey offer is solely for First time buyers anyway, just those with a 25% deposit and a combined annual salary of >£50K. Of course the whole thing has been associated with first time buyers as they are the only ones whining on about how expensive everything is. Tuffski!! Don't remember getting a lot of sympathy when I bought my first place in 1989!!! Got even less a couple of years later!!
