    I was planning on buying a BTL in Bridgwater to let out to one of the many thousands of new workers at the soon to be expanded Hinckley Point Power Station.

    Just rung about a house up here. Sold. That's number 4 since the vote.

    Another cheaper one we were interested in sold above asking. The buyer pulled out but they have put it back on at the higher price.

    So much for all the house price doom tulipe.
