Can't blame them - being in EU is a material part of the deal which Camoron highlighted to swing the argument and now it's England/Wales that are taking Scotland out of EU.

I gave you two examples as to why the GERS figures don't actually tell you what you think they tell you. GERS figures pre-date the Scottish Govt.

I don't think these figures are in dispute. All government figures are subject to some kind of methodology but they won't be wildly inaccurate, or inaccurate, certainly the SNP seem quite happy to quote from the GERS figures.

I don't think you understand that the Commons has precedence over the Lords. The Lords are an amending house, and amendments have to be sent back to the Commons. This is (usually) a good thing, correcting and refining poor legislation.

But they aren't elected - they are full of party cronies and a few who got there by accident of birth.
