    I use this for my current skillset, if you start to see lots of red down arrows, it's time to retrain or become a "specialist" (read, hardly any jobs, have to travel further to get one).

    A rank of 209 or 370 would suggest you're already firmly niche.

    VBA is still crazy popular in the City for powering spreadsheets used by analysts, traders and risk desks.
    Yes I have seen a few of them in the distant past and can knock out a mean spreadsheet myself when needs must. But thats a nice neat use case for a comparatively small market. Everyone else that I have looked at helping migrate to new platforms wants Access and Excel monsters gone. Especially If the information needs to log who has seen it or changed it.
