Fish
Chips
Real Mushy Peas

Boost (With glucose!!!!)

My lunch
0. 2 mile run as a healthy appetiser
Big white plate comprising of:
1. 3 carrots
2. one cut tomato
3. cut chunk of cucumber
4. 2 very thin slices of garlic sausage
5. 3 crab meat sticks
6. a bit of colesaw
7. 2 tbs tuna chunks
8. 2 boiled eggs, but with very little mayo on them
9. very small slices of smokes salmon
10. big green peas
11. something I cant find english word for, but it is a veg
