    You could be right about the first bit, but the only people dumb enough to believe a vow to reduce immigration are the people currently believing that The Justice Secretary can reduce VAT on fuel and increase spending on the NHS. I.e. chumps. So if he were to do something that stupid and desperate it wouldn't change the outcome.

    When they bundle the individual papers into stacks of 500 and band them, they just get a couple of counters in each area to put 498 'leave' votes with a 'remain' top and bottom into bundles.

    Very bold. Except you missed out the bit where MI5 stuff the ballot boxes with remain votes.
