My Client urgently seeks an Report Analyst on a initial 3 month contract based in London. DESCRIPTION: To design and implement standard IT business reports (Financial & Operational), track trends against agreed KPIs (key performance Indicators) and stringent customer SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and to distribute the reports and trend analysis to operational & financial management teams. The role will be reporting to the On site Client Delivery Manager It is a hybrid role and requires an individual to demonstrate Systems and service management knowledge. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:.To design standardised reports to track performance To analyse the data and track against financial targets. To distribute the reports & trend analysis to all operational & financial management teams. To work with closely with the Customers management teams and to communicate trends and performance. Pro-actively track service degradation & Service improvement. Flag to the Senior Management Team any identified risks and/or opportunities arising from the analysis. Essential Crystal Reports accreditation Understanding of IT service management. Familiar with SLAs & KPIs targets within a managed services enviroment Experience of interrogating and analysing databases (Call centre, Remedy) Understand asset management. Desirable Experience of working to ITIL guidelines (Problem Management) Experience of working within a call centre reports team
