It sticks in my gut to say it, but I do think he should not be mistreated. You can judge a society by how the vulnerable are treated. Make an exception and you are on a slippery slope.
I would quickly change my mind if I was related to a victim....

BREXIT will have no effect on ECHR.

Do not confuse "Europe" with "The EU".
